As part of the Marketing team at Resilience Lab, I led the creation of a new visual design system to unify our brand presence across various touchpoints. This system was designed to scale seamlessly across marketing and product materials, including illustrations, iconography, social media posts, sales collateral, and iterative landing pages.
A key focus of my role was developing a Webflow-Figma web component library, which streamlined the design and development of the redesigned website. This library supported scalable designs for the homepage and eight secondary and tertiary pages, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Our small but agile marketing teamβcomprised of our Director of Marketing, a Copywriter, and myselfβworked closely to implement this system and elevate our brand identity. Unfortunately, in November 2023, Resilience Lab faced funding and budget constraints, leading to company-wide staff reductions, including the dissolution of the marketing team.
