Marketing Design Lead

As part of the Marketing team at Resilience Lab, I executed the creation of a new visual design system to unify our brand presence across various touchpoints. This system was designed to scale seamlessly across marketing and product materials, including web UI, illustrations, iconography, social media posts, sales collateral, and iterative landing pages.
A key focus of my role was the overhaul of the dotcom, developing a Webflow-Figma web component library, which streamlined the design and development of the redesigned dotcom. This library supported scalable designs for the homepage and many secondary and tertiary pages, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Our small but agile marketing teamβcomprised of our Director of Marketing, a Copywriter, and myselfβworked closely to implement this system and elevate our brand identity. Unfortunately, in November 2023, Resilience Lab faced funding and budget constraints, leading to company-wide staff reductions, including the dissolution of the marketing team.
